Athens County Ohio Golf League

The Athens County Ohio Golf League operates at the Ohio University Golf Course and is open to all golfers, regardless of age, skill level, or gender.

The league operates on two nights, weekly Wednesday Night Section & a Thursday Night Section, from May through August. Play is conducted as two-player team-combined matchplay/medalplay format based on a league established handicapping system that changes based on weekly play. Handicaps range from 0 - 18+. Participation on both nights is limited to 14 2-person teams. The league also maintains an open sub list.

Additional activities include our a season-ending outing/cookout in August, and an optional Fall Matchplay Event for league members and subs.
